Here are our favorite ways to get our hearts pumping; cheers to healthy tickers and long lives of adventure!
Sunshine Jump Circuits.

More often than not, our days are spent indoors. Why not get outside and enjoy the sunshine, and while you’re at it, get in a quick sweat. The best thing about exercising is that it can be done anywhere, with equipment or none at all. For this sweaty sesh, all you need is a jump rope and yourself!

Low Impact. High Sweat.
full body low impact workout
Who says you have to lift heavy to exercise? It’s important to give our bodies a break from intense exercise through low impact body resistance exercises. For this workout, you only need yourself and a good mindset. Sneak some low intensity variety into your routine whether it be walking, yoga, swimming, trampoline jumping, or stability ball exercises!

Heart Racing & Blood Pumping.

fat burning HIIT workout
No better way to get your heart pumping hard than a good ol’ HIIT circuit. These types of workouts are notoriously intense and sure to get you sweating and your heartbeat racing (in the best way). High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) usually includes lots of jumping and large quick movements. If you’re looking for a quick and invigorating sweat sesh, this is it!
