As Winter has turned in to Spring there’s no better time in Texas to enjoy a nice hike. Before we know it temps will be pushing 100 day in and day out and you’d be foolish to trek up the sunny side of a mountain in the middle of the day. Our favorite spot close to home? Garner State Park. While the hikes aren’t exceptionally long and the “mountains” aren’t exceptionally high, the scenery, views, and serenity are all still there. What a great place to see what South Central Texas has to offer and get away from it all for a weekend.
Get outdoors, explore, and live wild.
