Steps:

  1. Add 1.5 bags of Wildway Gingerbread Granola in Vitamix/blender with 1/3 cup coconut oil
  2. Spread blended mix in 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper and pop in freezer
  3. Topping: blend 1 cup cashew butter, ½ cup almond butter, ¼ cup maple syrup, 3 tbsp melted coconut oil, and desired spices (nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, etc.)
  4. Spread blended topping on top of blended granola mix
  5. Place back in freezer for 2 hours
  6. Remove, slice into bars, and enjoy

 

Pumpkin Gingerbread Muffins via @kp_ingitsimple

Ingredients:

  • Wildway Gingerbread Grain-free Granola
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 30 ml blackstrap molasses
  • 1 2/3 cup flour
  • 3 scoops collagen peptides
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin, egg, syrup, yogurt, brown sugar, and molasses
  3. In another bowl, combine all dry ingredients except granola
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until smooth
  5. Line a muffin tin with muffin liners and pour batter into liners
  6. Top with granola
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes for standard muffins or 25-30 minutes for jumbo muffins

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup Wildway Gingerbread Grain-Free Granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh cranberries

Directions:

  1. In a small-medium bowl, add the yogurt, spices, and honey. Whisk it all together until fully combined
  2. Add a layer of granola to the bottom of the small containers or cups
  3. Scoop the yogurt mixture on top of the granola (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  4. Add another layer of granola on top of the yogurt
  5. Add one more layer of yogurt (about 1 1/2 tablespoons)
  6. Top the yogurt with a sprinkle of granola and fresh cranberries
  7. Optional: Add a drizzle of honey on top

 

Sweet Potato Gingerbread Casserole via @paleo_rva

Ingredients:

  • 2 sweet potatoes, diced, boiled, drained and whipped
  • 2 tbsp madagascar vanilla ghee
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp orange extract
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Whip together the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl and spread in a baking dish
  2. Sprinkle in pecans and granola
  3. Bake in oven at 400 for 10 minutes
