Very good! I eat this regularly on top of my oat meal in the mornings, however I can only give four stars because I injured a tooth after biting into something extremely HARD, which I can’t really blame the company for because there is a warning of this printed on the packaging. Other than that small issue, I love this product! Batch number of the hard object was #161, maybe that could help troubleshoot this problem in the future.
