I was introduced to Wildway's grain-free hot cereal by my XF coach as part of a diet challenge. First thought was a bit unaccepting even though I had been grain-free for many years. After I tried it, I liked it to the point that I thought I could make it at home from scratch. It is not something that I would make a big batch to store like pancake or sandwich bread recipes that are used frequently. I like it during the fall and winter seasons, but I also use it as breading to top desserts, casseroles, or use it as a nutritious binder in meatballs. I love this cereal in its traditional ways with hot water, top with fresh berries and almond milk. Wildway is on a mission to be daring and innovative, and I am a believer.
I am a fan of Wildway granola and cereal. I choose original flavor cereal because I can create my own flavor of the day based on the granola flavor I add in. I'm looking forward to the holiday flavors to expand my options!
The chilly days are here and the cereal is perfect to start the day off on a warm note.
