Special diets can be a pain. These packets of hearty, healthy hot cereal are easy and quick to prepare, and tastes delicious. Since the texture isn't as course as say oatmeal, I like to through broken nuts in mine. My favorite is cinnamon with a handful of walnuts and a sprinkling of pie spice.
My husband and I are on grain free diets and had a very hard time finding hot/cold cereals for breakfast. We love these grain-free hot cereals. They are flavorful and filling and can be prepared differently every day by adding fruits, honey, and/or Wildway granola. Great find! We are now huge fans of everything Wildway!
