    1. In a pan, toss the chickpeas in avocado oil on medium-high heat. Leave the pan uncovered and continue to toss occasionally.
    2. Chop desired amount of apple and combine with blueberries.
    3. Assemble salad by layering apples and blueberries atop spring mix. Once chickpeas are crispy, add them to the salad.
    4. Top salad with feta cheese and lots of Wildway Grain-Free Apple Cinnamon granola.
    5. Drizzle your favorite dressing and enjoy!
