Directions:
  1. Using a food processor, blend granola into fine mixture and press into a small glass dish
  2. Put crust in freezer for 1 hour
  3. Using a food processor, combine banana, cinnamon, vanilla, almond butter, and maple syrup and pour over crust
  4. Place in freezer 3 hours
  5. Sprinkle with granola to your heart's content
